They are excellent for making pumpkin pie. I follow the recipe on the back of the can of libby's pumpkin. See if you can get that. Instead of pumpkin pie spice I use the actual spices. Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Ginger, Allspice. I also don't use as much milk as the recipe calls for. I just eye it...
