jeez - there was nothing wrong with his question - and there was no reason to jump on him like that - if you dont want to answer dont ----

this is a perfect exampple of the other thread the other day picking on people that ask questions - and then the "clicky" people - (and please do not deny that there isnt one) go ahead and actually make fun of those that arent in there group.....

this is why, i for example rarely post here and just read the forum - who wants to jump back to the high school mentality where only a select few can say and do what they want....

noone liked it then - and noone likes it now

I'm so glad you posted this. I always have said that there is always a way to answer posts, if the person wants to do so, but doing it respectfully and with tact. I think we can all do without the childish immature behavior.
I find that these boards are here to help each other and if someone does not feel like answering or does not want to, then that's a different story and they should not post instead of giving a rude answer like this especially to someone like Scott who is also very helpful in answering questions for anyone.

thanks - i read the post the other day and had a strong opinion, but felt that there was no reason to add additional fuel to the fire, nor do i want to cause a drama here.

i personally love these boards, always find it informative and am constantly entertained by the many posts on here - many girls/guys on here are straight out hysterical and regularly make my day

it's just a shame when someone, i feel, purposely, goes out of their way to make someone feel bad for no other reason than to do just that - sure, sometimes feelings get hurt, but why intentionally do so....

anyway..... didnt we learn if you cant play nice dont play at all!

I thought it was interesting that you hardly post on here but yet you got to notice what some people said doesn't even exist or do not understand when I was trying to make reference of it. But I guess that's just their perception.
I understand your points perfectly.....and I couldn't agree more with this...."didnt we learn if you cant play nice, dont play at all!"

aye, give me a break.

Does it REALLY matter who it's for?

And if you do research for a living, what is the POINT of coming on here and asking the same redundant questions OVER AND OVER AND OVER again.

If you are so great at RESEARCHING, than maybe you could go RESEARCH the paper and see if anyone is selling a Jeep.

And my comment was harsh, so what.

Of course it doesn't matter who it's for!
So why does it bother you so much? Why the need for the harsh comments and the rudeness?
There are way too many negative things happening out of our control in the world.....no need to add to them. jmo

I so agree!!! Sometimes I can't help but wonder if people be nasty towards others if it will give them a certain acceptance or if they sleep better at nights. We all need to be courteous to each other instead of being utterly nasty, disrespectful, and brutal. We are all adults and need to practice restraint. Cannot keep going around attacking people whenever we have a mind to.

Wow what the heck is the matter with you? What do you have against me, may I ask? I don't think I have ever done anything to anyone on this forum that deserves the type of treatment you are giving me. I think you need to relax a little bit. You seem to have all this pent up anger, and I guess to you it feels good to let it go over the internet, on me. I don't understand why you bother replying to any of my posts, if I bother you so much with my questions.

Does it REALLY matter who it's for?
Obviously it does. Automatically you think it is for me, and you feel the desire to post one of your obnoxious posts and tell me to go read a newspaper....Or look on craigslist, or cars.com. Is there a law that I cannot ask people on a web forum if they know of anyone selling a jeep? I don't think there is. Maybe in Kristens world there is but not in everybody elses world. How old are you? I think you need to start acting your age....Your not in highschool anymore. I think you need to stand up, Shut the computer off and join the adults in the real world.

And if you do research for a living, what is the POINT of coming on here and asking the same redundant questions OVER AND OVER AND OVER again.
Hmmmm....I believe this is the first time I asked if someone knew anyone that was selling a JEEP wrangler. I just found out from my sister that she wanted one yesterday. Maybe you knew before me that my sister wanted a jeep - is that it?

If you are so great at RESEARCHING, than maybe you could go RESEARCH the paper and see if anyone is selling a Jeep.

Maybe I don't want to look in the newspaper. Maybe I want to ask you a 100000 times - If you know anyone that is selling a jeep wrangler....Why does it seriously bother you?

And my comment was harsh, so what.

Your comment was not harsh, It was stupid and immature which you and a few others on this forum prove to be.

I think that one of the greatest things about this board is that people can come on and ask questions. The people who have advice, insight or experience can share it, and those who don't, can chose not to.

At least that is how, I'm imagining, it was intended to be.

Oh wait, I just realized you edited every post you have made on one of my threads. So, I retract my last rant.

I will actually answer the post.

Go to the Jeep Dealer on Wellwood Ave in Lindenhurst. They are running deals right now.

Re: Looking for a Jeep Wrangler - Anyone selling one or know someone selling one?

I already looked into the Jeep Dealers on Long Island. I was posting here to see if any LIF members were selling a jeep or knew of someone selling a jeep, that wasnt advertised in the newspaper, on craigslist, or cars.com.

I got a few replies from people about jeeps they are selling, so this thread was not a complete waste.

Please do me a favor. When you see one of my posts, do not reply to them unless you have something nice to say.

I don't need your drama in my life.....

Scott

If anyone has any jeeps for me - Please FM me...
Thanks
