Looking for a relaxing weekend, any ideas? Poconos?

My partner and I are looking for a weekend getaway. How is the Mount Airy Lodge? Anyone ever go? We are interested in someplace that has a spa, hottub, massages? We aren't winter people so we are looking for more indoor type ideas.

Any ideas?

Thank you!!

Mount Airy Lodge doesnt exist anymore. I think it became the Wolf place, the indoor water park.

How about one of the ceasers resorts?

A little cheesy but oh so fun at the same time. They have hottubs, you can get a massage, personal spas, indoor pool and jacuzzis, live entertainment, good food, room service, and other acitivities.

I was checking out the french manor this morning online (never been there) but it looks amazing. www.thefrhenchmanor.com. It's expensive though.

Have fun! TIP: buy your own liquor for the afternoons & before dinner, b/c the drinks there are expensive. Also, bring snacks, as the lunch menu is Ok, but again pricey.

The rooms all have fridges.

We actually thought about bringing cold cuts and rolls for lunch. I think it will be fun. I am bringing my ice skates!

I highly recommend the Poconos. DH and I got married in Oct and aren't taking our honeymoon until March so we went to the Poconos for a weekend. We stayed in Hawley, PA at the Settlers Inn. It was great. Cute inn, great food! Lots of antique shops close by. I highly recommend it!

My favorite is Paradise Stream.....smaller so it is a bit mor quaint , romantic. Cove Haven is a bit too big.
