My favorite girl name is Lila. I love it, it's classic and not too popular but familiar enough that people know it.
I couldn't use it with DD because our last name starts with an "L"-I am a double L and I didn't want to do that to my kid.
It you want a "C", I vote for Claire-my favorite "C" name and my second favorite girls name
