ditto. They even opened the office for me on a Sunday morning when my DS was really sick.

I use Smithtown pediatrics and so far I am very happy. They came recommended by a few coworkers/neighbors and friends.
The one thing to note, they do not split or delay vaccines.
ETA: Its a big group with 9 drs but they ALWAYS try to get you in with your Dr if possible...In 19 months even calling that morning for a sick visit I have only seen 2 drs and only 2x have I seen my non regular dr....

Smithtown Pediatrics, I'm very happy with them so far. I use Dr. Valmossoi and I really like her. I have also seen Dr. Martinez who is also very nice.
The only thing I didn't like was they don't split shots. I have decided just to get his shots at the recommended times.
I at first didn't want to go to such a large practice but now I really like it. They have late hours, and are even open on Sundays for sick visits only. You can always get an appt. It might not be with your regular doctor but they will take you in right away. Your well visits are always with your main doctor. They have a sick and well room. When they are closed they have an on-call nurse if you have any questions. When you call the number she answers at any hour of the night. (I know, I have called at crazy hours). I thought that was really nice instead of waiting for someone to call you back. Another nice thing is there is a Pharmacy in the same building.

we had one issue with them...but we chose to stay because we felt that all in all they were a very good team...

We live in Smithtown and use Mid-Suffolk pediatrics, they are FABULOUS. They have like 20 docs, so they can ALWAYS squeeze you in. The are opne 365 days a year and late, on weekends too. We generally see Dr Kee, whom I adore but they are all fabulous. They are on Motor Pkwy.

We use them too for 8 years and love them Dr DeSanto is our favorite but I am happy with all the Dr's and they are open 7 days for sick visits.
