We just got one at Walmart for $349 and its fantastic! It's obviously not as fancy as the ones at my gym, but its perfect for what we need.

I recently ordered a Proform treadmill from Sears. It was on sale and with delivery, it was still less than $500.00. It works great and I love it!

DH just bought me one for Xmas. It is amazing...you wave your hands in front of each side to make it go slower or faster. It is by Smooth Fitness.
