Re: Looking to purcahse cooking lessons around Long Beach
I know there is a pretty well thought of cooking school in Lynbrook. However, I'm having trouble with the name. For some reason I ***think*** it might be A La Carte but am not sure. I also ****think**** the chef's name might be Polly Talbot.
I know its not a lot but maybe its a place to start???

The one in Lynbrook is called A La Carte, but I'm not positive it's still there...
I've heard RAVE reviews about Viking Cooking School in Garden City...

Ro - Viking is really really good. They book up months in advance though. They have their calendar on their website.
