Lost it over furniture :(
I think I have been handling this second mc well. That is until today. I had living room furniture delivered (we just got a new place) and it wouldn't fit into the apartment. I had a total meltdown. Definitely not befitting having to pick out new couches.
I completely lost it on the floor of my empty living room. After i was cried out I realized why I was really crying.

Don't feel bad, it wasn't really over furniture. There's a bigger picture here and the furniture was probably just the straw that broke the camels back. I can't remember if it was after my 1st or 2nd miscarriage but I remember going ape sh!t on a staff person at boston market because they ran out of small caesar salads and wouldn't let me have the larger one as a substitute. Literally ape sh!t to the point where DH said he won't go out with me in public anymore though he didn't really stick to that rule.

Sometimes a good cry is exactly what you need. Been there. Feel better.

Lost it over furniture :(
I cried last week over basically nothing- it happens. We have our moments. I think it's better to just go with it rather than try to hide it. Crying it out ends up being extremely therapeutic. It might come at inappropriate times of course but of you are in a place where you can let it out I highly suggest it!! It doesn't mean you aren't doing better- just the opposite. Letting out those emotions means you are doing better because you're not keeping it in. We all hide the way we feel and what we are going through from everyone else and when you are able to be alone and cry you are finally doing something for YOU. So let the emotions take over now and then. It sucks when it happens but you'll feel better after
