Low beta- scared
just got back from the dr. it was my 3rd beta. i conceived durign IUI- my first and it was a natual cycle. my numbers began at 450 went 2 days later to 881 now 6 days later are only 2883. dr said i have an apt on friday ( 1 week) but i can come in on wed. as well to see if they are increasing. im So scared. I want this baby SO much. she said they are a little low. but as i had IUI we know when i conceived it was Aug 1 or 2 as i had a back to back session. 
i dont know what to do. my pogesterone is dropping too. 38 to 27 to 24. dr said only time will tell. i dont want to start this all over again. i dont want to loose my baby!

Your numbers are really supposed to double every 72 hours so you may be OK. Did they give you suppositories for the progesterone? If not you need to call and get them ASAP. My friend had a really low progesterone #..I think 8 and with the suppositories it went up and she is now 14 weeks pregnant.

yes i have the suppositories and have been taking them. dr said i can take 2 a day. which may help or just prolong the inevitable-- very worried.

I would keep taking 2 a day...my friends progesterone was way lower than yours (it did drop too) and she kept with the progesterone even though her dr. was very skeptical and now she is 14 weeks.

My progesterone dropped as well from 17 to 13. My beta levels didn't double every 48 hours but every 72 hours. It's hard not to freak out, but I think those numbers are good.

When I was pregnant my progesterone dropped ablittle but my betas rose. P.S> My baby is 18 months old now
