low fat and fat free frozen yogurt
Have you ladies heard it has too many chemicals and isn't goo for the baby to eat it too much?
Someone mentioned this and I wanted to ask my dr but I feel like it's a stupid question to call and ask.

If you're really dying for some fro-yo but are concerned about what's in it, you can try and find a place that sells Only 8 Frozen Yogurt... it's fro-yo that only has 8 ingredients and it's sooooo good!!
(there's a place in Patchogue that sells it if you're near there).
Here's the nutritional info.

Try calling the 800 number on the website or shooting off an email to the email address they provide. I was surprised they didn't list locations.

Re: low fat and fat free frozen yogurt
I asked my doctor about it and he said to try and avoid it since most frozen yogurts have artificial sweeteners/chemical fillers/etc.
He was like "just eat the real thing".

Oh, Another thing I didn't realize.
I just finished TCBY Yogurt which is low-fat. I guess that makes sense with the artificial sweetner.

my Dr said Scralose (Splenda) considered "safe" Aspartame (Equal and Nutra-sweet) is safe in moderation except for women with a diagnosis of PKU (Phenylketonuria)

From the research I've done, TCBY doesn't have artificial sweeteners in the low fat versions....just the sugar free. The low fat is just made with skim milk.

Re: low fat and fat free frozen yogurt
So, what about low fat or fat free yogurt that is NOT made with artificial sweeteners? Does that make it ok?

I'm sure it's fine, but keep in mind anything that is "fat free" is also full of something else that may not be so good, like sodium.
Besides, I think some fat is good for baby's development.
Relax
