Re: Low grade temp?
Which shot did she have? (Sorry I do not remember from your post). I might call the Ped being that it is over 72 hours later.

Re: Low grade temp?
I think it depends on the shot sometimes, but I believe they can get reactions up to 5 days afterwards.. I know the last round my DS got he wasn't right for nearly a week after (no fever, just the crankies )

ddp or dtp It is possible. Is there any visible irritation at the injection site? Usually there is not for the Datp, but given that your Sophia has other issues anything is possible. My DS is the same way & gets reactions from things that he "should not."

Re: Low grade temp?
I'm sorry she has a temp but it sounds normal to me. DS use to get low grade fevers but dd never did after shots. She did get swollen by the injection site I think after that shot and then the swelling went down after a day or two. I would just monitor her temp and see what happens.

Re: Low grade temp?
Chris has gotten a low grade fever for about 4 days (having nothing to do with shots) it was about 99.5 and my ped told me it was completely normal in an infant. He said if he seemed restless, uncomfortable or wasn't sleeping well then I could give him Tylenol otherwise not to worry.
