Low Point Lunches?
What are some of your low point WW lunches (aside form frozen meals)?

Re: Low Point Lunches?
sandwich thins or 40 calorie wheat bread with a couple slices turkey/ham/roastbeef and a slice of low fat cheese then add onions, tomato, lettuce is nice and filling for 6 or 7 pts.
I love turkey pepperoni (17 slices is 2 points!!!) I toast a sadwich thin with a slice of low fat cheese and turkey pepperoni.

Re: Low Point Lunches?
i just started WW and i find salads for me to be low in points. I'll have a large salad with just vegetables in it (and not much cause i dont like veggies) with 2 servings of fat free creamy dressing and that will only be 2 points. sometimes i will have hard boiled eggs but just the egg white part cause i dont like the yolk, i think 3 is only 1 point so that will only be a total of 3 points for lunch. Sometimes i will add i think 4oz of grilled chicken and i think thats only 5 points so my lunch would only be about 7 points.

Thanks for the turkey pepperoni idea. I get bored easily and have been doing salads with grilled chicken.

Re: Low Point Lunches?
I either do tuna/lowfat mayo and lettuce and tomatoes on a sandwich thin. Sometimes I also a slice of low fat american and make a tuna melt.
I also do a 2-3 slices of very thin BH Turkey or Chicken with a slice of lowfat American and lettuce and tomato on a sandwich thin.
This week I've had egg salad(w/lowfat mayo) on one slice of rye bread and a salad.
I also do salads with no meat just lots of veggies, but sometimes I'll add a little feta, fresh mozzarella or a hard boiled egg.

Re: Low Point Lunches?
I make a 2 point smoothie with 1 cup plain yogurt & 2 cups of various fruits (usually frozen)
I have been making an egg white omelet & reheating it at work. I always manage to make them 2 points & they are HUGE!!
This mornings was:
1POINT: 4 egg whites (I whip them up really fluffy to get more out of them with my immersion blender!!)
1POINT: 1-2 oz fat free feta from trader joes (2 oz is same points as 1 ounce so I usually use 2!!)
frozen spinach ( thawed & squeezed out), frozen artichoke hearts & sundried tomato (not packed in oil)

Re: Low Point Lunches?
Turkey wrap
Weight watchers wrap - 2 pts
Oscar Mayer thin sliced turkey - 6 slices=1 pt! I usually do 1 1/2 serving (still 1 pt)
Wedge of laughing cow cheese spread on the wrap = 1 pt
Then I bulk it up with spinach or lettuce and tomato.
Very filling.
Or I'll have chicken salad with low fat mayo, usually no bread, and a side salad, or just some veggies on the side.
