Weight Watchers New Plan - What are the new low point foods?
All my old one point choices seem to be three now. Has anyone found something yummy for less than three points besides the fruit and veggies?

Re: Weight Watchers New Plan - What are the new low point foods?
i just printed a recipe for lemon bars at 3 pts each, I plan on modifying it a bit to get it to two points. I think mostly fruits/veggies will be the sources of low point items.

Re: Weight Watchers New Plan - What are the new low point foods?
I swear by the WW "Mexican Inspired Vegetable Soup". It is 1 pt (used to be zero -- not sure what has changed in this new plan to make it 1 pt, since it's ALL veggies with fat-free broth). It is AWESOME. I made a big pot every Sunday and bring some to work each day. I substituted green beans for the zuccini, but that's it. DELISH.....
The WW Giant Latte bars are 2 pts.
Morningstar Farms Grilled "chicken" patties are 2 pts (and they are very good!)
Fiber One Strawberry Yogurt is 1 pt
Tribe Sweet Red Roasted Pepper Hummus (2 TBSP) with carrots - 1 pt
Laughing Cow Queso Fresco Cheese Wedge - 1 pt
Triscut Fire-Roasted Tomato w/Olive Oil Crackers - 3 pts

Instructions Place green beans, garlic, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, green pepper, tomatillos, jalapeno, poblano, oregano, cumin and broth into a large soup pot. Puree roasted peppers with chipotle in adobo sauce in a blender or food processor; stir into soup. Stir in cilantro, lime juice and salt. Serve. Yields about 1 cup per serving.

I make this soup a lot too! I also really like the Italian inspired version. Let me know if you want the recipe for the Italian one. I like it a little better because I am not a big fan of the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce...I just hate the flavor of it for some reason.

Re: Weight Watchers New Plan - What are the new low point foods?
Wasa Light & Crisp crackers are only 2 points for 3. They taste a bit like Rice Krispies to me. They are really good with a little laughing cow cheese wedge...but that's another 1 point.
