Lower ab buldge
Does anyone know any excercises to get rid of this??? I do my situps & crunches but it still remains...I even tried laying on my back & lifting my legs & lowering..Nothing...
This is a BIG problem area of mine & I am getting so fustrated!!!

You're wasting time w/ sit ups. Crunches and leg lifts are good. How often are you doing them? And cardio? Are you adding cardio to it also?
It's a tough area to lose once its there. And the smaller the bulge, the harder it is to make it even smaller.

I do them everynight & power walk 2 miles after work. I know I need to up my cardio but I have been so busy!!!
Right now the buldge is bigger, so I am trying to get it to the small one! I can handle that better

Only diet and cardio will get rid of the fat.
Eat clean and eat the right amount of calories for your weight.
Eat 15-30 grams of protein with every meal.

agreed!!!! Make sure you are incorporating strength training too
