Lower back pain = Stomach Virus? Am I losing my mind?
This morning I woke up with bad lower back pain... just in one spot. Only when I was laying down - once I got up, it felt fine. So, no big deal but a few months back I had this happen to me and I ended up, a little later on, getting a bad stomach virus.
Now I'm dreading that it is the same thing happening again. Has anyone ever had that symptom before getting a stomach virus? MIL said she has. I'm just trying not to freak out here because I have to go to NJ today with Kenneth and I REALLY don't want to get sick today. Maybe when I had the pain the last time it was just a coincidence? Either way, I keep worrying - is my stomach feeling weird?? 
This is so stupid! Anyone?

Not really, I only get it before af comes. Did you maybe pull a muscle when you were sleeping? I have had that happen to me when i slept the wrong way.
