Lower Back Spasms? Is this contractions?
It started this morning off and on. Sometimes they are so bad I can't move.
Is this contractions?

if they're happening on and off and they're so bad you can't move, i would say YES!!! sounds like labor to me!!!
how far apart are they? how long have they been going on??

I have no idea because I never really felt my contractions until I was in the hospital - but it sure does sound like it could be back labor...

I have been getting a lot of back pains-- I guess see if they start to come regularly.. at this point, anything is possible!!
