lucky brand jeans - not happy - UPDATE

so i went last weekend buy jeans and found 2 pair that i liked. wore one the other day, and by the end of that day the jeans just did not fit like i wanted them to.
i am fully aware that all jeans stretch a slight amount as you wear the, but i have never experience quite a transformation in less than one day.
maybe it is just me , but i am very unhappy with the stretched fit.
i went to return them to lucky and they told me that since i had worn them, i could not return them. i had the tag and the one week old receipt.
honestly, i feel that if a company stands behind their product, they would never deny a return with all proper documentation and leave a customer unhappy. i now have a $130 pair of jeans i won't wear again and i wrote a letter explaining this to the company and that i would never buy from them again.
that being said, i have an extremely new pair (receipt proof and all) of lola bootcut lucky jeans im looking to sell. they are already stretched to size.
i bought them for $130 + tax and would gladly sell them for $100.

You always have to buy lucky jeans one size too small...because they stretch so much! I am surprised that the sales person didn't mention that - it's part of their job!

If they are defected in anyway, even with the way they stretch, you have all the right to return them. If they will not honor that you may report them to consumer protection division. Just keep all tags and receipts. Good luck.

Can you call the manager? I had a problem with Aerosoles. I hated the shoes I purchased. They were worm once and they wouldn't take them back b/c I didn't have the box.
I called the manager & she was apologetic. She had the district manager call me, I took them right back and got a full refund.

thanks all.
i think the guy i spoke with was the manager. he was very nice, he just referred me to customer care, so i emailed them.
i just dont see how a company would deny a refund to a dissatisfied customer, you know?
