Lumps in breast during pregnancy
I found two abnormalities in my breast. One feels like a thickening, not so much a lump and the other one feels like a lump. i know it could be milk ducts or something, but i did not have this last pregnancy. i am also nervous because my mom had a very aggressive form of breast cancer and i've already had a scare (in the other boob) where I had to have a lump biopsied and removed (benign, thank goodness.) I see the OB tomorrow and I'll have him check and I am going to go to my breast surgeon next week.... but just wondering if anyone else has had something like this. i am almost 33 weeks and noticed the change about two weeks ago.

When my milk came in...prolly around 30 weeks, i felt lumps. I even had my ob check. He said it was just my milk coming in. I hope thats the same case for you!

Re: Lumps in breast during pregnancy
Good luck! Go get it checked asap. Be proactive.
I have a history in my family, too, so I understand your concerns. I had my doc do a breast exam on me at one of my recent appointments - even though there are breast changes during pregnancy - because I didn't want to ignore that check up during my pregnancy.
Lots of heading your way!
