Lunch
What do you typically eat? I've been ONLY really hungry at lunch time, and I've been going overboard... and then I find that I'm too grossed out to eat anything for the rest of the day.
Today I brought some cheese, turkey pepperoni, nuts and apple slices, but would love some other ideas. I work in a medical office and we have these huge catered lunches almost every day, and its easy to get sucked in.

Do you have options to grab lunch where you are? I get a make-your-own salad most days.
