Re: Luteal Phase Defect???
Im not sure i have a LP defect, but ihave progesterone supplements to take day 14-28 after IUI on day 13. im also starting clomid tomorrow. i've never taken it before.
but i think i have a progesterone shortage and might be causing an LP defect and the wackiness going on at the end of my cycles.
Sorry thats probably not much help...

Re: Luteal Phase Defect???
I was never diagnosed with this, but I charted and was only having a 9 day luteal phase, which is too short. I took B6 and rubbed on progesterone cream -- got pregnant my second month on these and am set to deliver in March.
I think the B6 was what really helped, because I just did the progesterone cream for the first month and had a longer, but still short luteal phase, when I added the B6 -- bingo I got pregnant.
Good luck!
