Luteal Phase Defect?
as anyone just used progesterone supplementation for Luteal Phase Defect with success? Without having to use Clomid?

Yes! I had it. I actually used Natural Progesterone cream to concieve. I tried clomid once, but didn''t care for it. It was very painfule when I ovulated and nothing happened anyway. I read about natural progesterone on tcoyf.com on their message boards. There was book - I think called What your dr may not tell you about premenapause - that recommended it. The Dr. who wrote that book sells it on his website and thats where I got it. They also sent instructions on how to use it to concieve.
I'm sorry, I forget some of the details and I don't have a lot of time today, so I'm just writing what I remember. But it worked for me the first cycle I used it after trying for 4 years! so I'm a big believer in it! Good luck!

I just answered you on the preggo board. I used B6 and natural progesterone cream to extend my luteal phase -- and it worked! will be here in March.

I also used the cream amd got pg with DD. just make sure the cream doesn't have any extra herbs tht my be dangerous to use while pg.
