LV Speedy repair?

Has anyone had repairs made to a LV bag? Just trying to get a basic idea of what it's going to cost me. I'd like to get it repaired before I put it away for a bit. It needs new piping and the little tab came off the zipper.

I had the piping replaced on my 30 a couple of years ago- I think they quoted me almost $200 but I ended up paying nothing because they said it was a bag defect.

They quoted me between 200-250 (can't remember exactly) to fix the piping

I think I paid about $300. Do not bring the bag to Walt Whitman. When they send it out, they send it to Roosevelt Field first and then RF sends it with their bags. My bag got lost during these transfers. No one knew where my bag was for a while. Also, they never once called me. I had to call them and I was promised return calls but they never called me. They only found my bag right after I called Manhattan to complain. They were very helpful in Manhattan. Supposedly the Walt Whitman store had a new manager Someone hadn't input the correct information into their system. They should have been able to easily tell where my bag was. I had plans to buy another bag when I picked up the bag from repairs. While I was waiting I bought a Brahmin bag instead, for about $300 and I'm perfectly happy with it. I would get an LV repaired again if I need it but I'd take the drive to another store.
