I've had NO M/S at all and so far at 19 weeks everything is going great with the baby.
Same here. I had nothing and i'm 30 weeks and the baby is completely healthy!
I never heard that having m/s is a good sign or bad sign.

Re: M/S and the health of your baby!!!!
M/S is totally unrelated to the health of the baby.
What people confuse is that if you have miserable M/S and then symptoms just disappear without a trace it could be a sign of possible miscarraige. It could mean your hormone levels have drastically decreased. I suffer from extreme Hyperemesis and my doc told me if my symptoms did this to call him becuase my history indicates I dont handle pregnancy hormones well and it could be a warning sign.
Some people dont get sick and have 100% healthy babies so no M/S is a . So dont let people make you nervous. Just listen to your doctor.

Well...someone said to me, since I have m/s my baby will be sickly. huh!? Are you serious someone said this?! that's totally F'd up! I had Hyperemisis Gravadarum with all three pregnancies and I thankfully have two beautiful and extremely healthy children. Tell that person to scratch!
