m/s ladies, there's hope.
I was sick as a dog my whole pregnancy. I threw up nearly every single day from 7 weeks through delivery. I can count on 1 hand the # of days I didn't vomit. I had a rough delivery too.
HOWEVER
I have the sweetest, cuddliest, go-with-the-flow newborn one could ever ask for.
He's 5 weeks old and so far we've driven to virginia (3 weeks old), taken him to Citi Field (today), taken him to countless stores, parks, restaurants, etc. He's SO CHILL, it's fantastic. He doesn't even cry in the bathtub!
I truly think I was blessed with such a good baby because of all I endured during pregnancy.
Hang in there, and may you all be just as lucky!!

Thank you so much for your post. You make me feel so much better. I've been miserable with m/s since the beginning and while its subsiding little by little, there is no end in sight.

ITA!
While I had an easy pregnancy, I did not have an easy labor and delivery, at almost 33 weeks.
DD came into the world hard and is now one of the sweetest, friendliest and happiest babies there is. so there is a lot of truth to what Nicole is saying.
Glad to hear you are all doing well, Nic.

That is so great Nicole! And don't forget absolutely adorable gorgeous!
I am hoping with the back pain I am enduring so early on, I will be blessed with a DC with DH's not MY personality!!! (Except I am still mad at DH)

Re: m/s ladies, there's hope.
I ALWAYS say this about my DS
I had a similar pregnancy to Shorty, miserable, I only gained 3lbs, was puking blood in the delivery room.
But I definitely was rewarded with the best little boy in the world. He is a happy, go with the flow kid, even at 2. And he LOVES to cuddle.
So I concur
