Mac & Cheese Receipe

Does anyone have a quick & easy recipe for mac & cheese. The only mac & cheese I make comes out of the box.TIA

This is the one Ive been making...I found this recipe for the kids. It's not fancy or anything just good ol Mac & cheese.

Ingredients
3 c. Milk
1 Onion chopped
1 Bay leaf
1t. Parsley
3/4 t. Oregano
1 t. Pepper corns
11 t. Margarine
11 t. Flour
12 oz. Dry macaroni cooked
32 oz. Cheddar cheese, shreeded

Preparation
In a saucepan combine milk, onion, and spices. Heat just until bubbles begin to from around edges. Remove from heat, and let stand for 20 min. Pour milk through strainer into bowl, set aside. Throw away the onions and spices. Melt margarine in a separate pan, stir in flour. Mix until bubbly. Stir in milk and continue to cook until thick. Remove from heat and add cheese. Stir until melted an smooth. Fold in cooked marcaroni, pour into a buttered 2 qt. casserole dish. bake 350 f. for 25-30 min. until bubbly and browned around the edges.
