Made my first acupuncture appointment

June 22nd, which feels like a long way away, but is really only two weeks.

It's a 90 minute initial consult and treatment for $175.

Is that good?

What should I expect?

Since he's associated with my RE, will he have my chart and stuff?

I don't know if he'll have your chart, my acu wasn't associated with an RE

For your first visit - wear loose clothing unless you want to undress and be in a robe. I used to wear sweats and tshirt and that was fine, she was able to access what she needed.

She took a detailed history of me and my family, asked tons of questions about my lifestyle, etc. She checked my pulses, my tongue and will probably give you a TCM diagnosis, mine was damp kidneys

I found it really relaxing, didn't feel the needles at all and used that time for myself, I loved after the session because I had those tingles, like when someone brushes your hair.
