MADE my first goal
January 1st I said I wanted to be 50 lbs lighter by the time my friend's wedding came in September.
We're exactly a week away and this morning I broke past my 50 lb mark.
This brings me down below my horrible number that I've been for the past 10 years. 
On to goal #2, which is the next 50 lbs!
But I think I'm going to treat myself to a little trip to Lululemon first

Thanks so much! I have avoided being on the lens side of the camera for so long, I will definitely have to do a little 'after' pic soon. That wedding is this Friday so maybe I'll get one then 
Tips? I changed everything. I was totally sedentary. I got up January 1st and started C25K. I don't run as much as I'd like to but I do try to walk at least 3 times a week.
I became a Pinterest addict and now cook at least 4 nights a week. We were notorious for going out all the time. The recipes on Pinterest I always replace the full-of-fat ingredients for low fat or low sodium options. If I cant substitute, I don't make it. I try to have fish 2-3 days a week. I feel like that really helps for some reason.
I do still like ice cream and dessert but if I indulge in something like that, I make sure to get my bum out the door for a run the next morning!
