Madonna Perinatal Services
Hi ladies!
I am 10 weeks pregnant with twins and was told by my OB-GYN that I should see a high risk doctor as well. She is sending me to Madonna and I have a consultation tomorrow. Not sure what to expect. Does anyone else go to Madonna?

You should try and see Dr. Kofinas instead. He is much better than Madonna.

I agree I see Dr Kofinas and he is amazing. But I also hear good things about Madonna.

I haven't used Madonna with my twin pregnancy, but I did use them with my DS. They are really nice there.
This time I use Ocean Perinatology in Plainview. No complaints here.

I saw Madonna during both my PG's, regular and Twin PG...and LOVED them. Kofinas didnt take my insurance and was $250-$450 a visit....though he is rated teh best. I still loved Madonna, because friends with the nurses and still talk to them now.

Not bringing this up to start any drama or anything, but this comment kinda rubbed me the wrong way. There are many people on this board who have, or currently do go to Madonna (including myself) who probably don't appreciate seeing someone say how much worse their current high risk doctor is than someone else. Personally, I have been having a great experience with the doctors and nurses at Madonna, and would recommend them to anyone that needed to be seen by them.
To the OP - Hope your appt went well!

They were so nice at Madonna! I was very pleased. He talked a lot about CVS testing and an amnio (said it was our decision depending on how the ultra-screen goes).

This board has always been drama free since I started on it back in Feb 2009 Lets keep it that way!!!!! I am so sick of the BS on the parenting board lets not start that crap here!!!!!
