Major upper back pain...help!
I have had major upper back pain for the last 2 weeks. I am just about to be 14 weeks. People think it is odd b/c I guess most people get lower back pain. I don't even have a history of back pain. It is actually where the bra line goes - that part of the back. It only feels good when I have a pillow pressed up against it.
Does anyone else experience this? Any suggestions?

I have been experiencing the same thing for the last two weeks. It's awful! I can't get comfortable sitting or laying down at all. I wish I knew how to help, but I haven't figured anything out yet that works.

I have this too... The pillows help me also, I'm not sure what else to suggest. Just remember your body is changing and all of a sudden you are carrying extra weight in your front - this causes strain on your entire back!
