sciatica and upper back pain
I'm in such pain... No matter how I sit or lay down my back is killing me.
any remedies?

have you tried a chiropractor?
i haven't had any problems, i just go for an adjustment every 2 weeks. i'm due the same week as you!

I didn't know that I could! I swear my brain has been shut off since I found out I was preggo lol
Question though....How do they adjust you if you can't lay on your belly?

Question though....How do they adjust you if you can't lay on your belly?
They have a special table that adjusts & will make a "hole" for your belly. Also sciatic adjustments can sometimes be done while you are on your side.

Nothing really takes it away, I took some tylenol when i was preggo, but it didn't help much. I still have a little pain now from it now, I heard it never really goes away.

not sure if sciatica goes up that high, I think its more in your lower back.
I have sciatica along with the upper back pain..
Can any of you recommend a chiropractor in the Oceanside area?
