I've heard good things about Mr. Beer

It was even shown on either HGTV or Food TV with other new gadgets, and a professional brewer said it was pretty good for a beginner kit.

my dh got the mr beer kit - we got it at bed bath and beyond..he liked it dont remember how the beer came out - i didnt have any bc i was pregnant at the time he made it..but i do know he insists on keeping that giant arse jug to make it with so i think he wants to do it again

DH has really nice one from williamsbrewing.com. He will brew beer about 2x a year. It comes out really good. Its more expensive than mr beer, but in our experience the end result is a lot better, (takes more time to make than mr beer as well)

We have heard of this kit. I think my brother recieved one a couple of years ago. You could proabably find them at BB&B.
