Makeup makeover
Looking to treat myself to a makeover!
My makeup is just not doing what it’s suppose to do anymore. It’s not covering my eyes, or making it thru the day
Any suggestion? Anywhere specific to go and anyone have a makeup artist rec to use? Thanks

Makeup makeover
I like to go to a beauty counter at a department store (Nordstrom or Bloomingdales). I find that a much more pleasant (quiet) experience.
I love MAC makeup personally, and I find it lasts really well. I find the MUA at Nordstrom are pretty good.

Re: Makeup makeover
I went for a lesson at Sephora at Rfield mall years ago. I really enjoyed it and the one thing that sticks with me most is it’s not always the make up that isn’t right in your face anymore, it’s your skin isn’t being treated right for the make up to do it’s job! Proper cleansing and hydration make a world of difference on how your make up sits on your face
It wasn’t just a regular make up application. It was a special one that was longer and more $. They covered everything from your hair , your skin care, make up application - down to nail polish and perfumes. Check out their website. It probably explains it better there

Re: Makeup makeover
Sephora. At this time of the year, I’d go on the earlier side before the store gets nuts. They have most brands and won’t push one particular brand on you. They’ll also send you home with loads of samples.
If you go to a department store counter, you’re only going to that specific brand.
