Making beef stew in the crockpot and just realized..
I added in Worcestire sauce that expired in January O8...it was sitting in my fridge..I don't think it's that bad right? The heat will kill any bacteria?

Q. Can I use Lea & Perrins® products / sauces after the expiration date? A. Lea & Perrins® sauces won't spoil after the expiration date due to the high vinegar content. However, the taste quality will lessen if used after the expiration date.
