making green beans
Today I made a batch of green beans to freeze for DD. I found it was really hard to get the right consistency. I had to use liquefy instead of puree. I hope I made them the right way. Anyone else have trouble with green beans. I made a batch of peas the other night, that seemed easier. I start introducing veggies tomorrow when DD is 5 months. She is getting so big!

Re: making green beans
I only tried to make them once and they came out too watery, so I threw them out and haven't tried again. I'm absolutely NO help, right?

I am actually afraid mine are too lumpy! UGH! I guess practice makes perfect.

Re: making green beans
Mine were very watery the 1st batch I made...I puree them in the blender and barely use any water now.
