Making rainbow cookies
When using the foil pans do I have to do anything special to them?

I buttered mine so I can pop them out easily.

I also buttered mine and used parchment paper. They came out really easily.

Do you think cooking spray would be OK? I hate greasing with butter. It's a PITA but if I have to I will.

I think that its fine if you dont (i would have but ran out of cooking spray).

If you use cookie spray flour them as wel! Prevents sticking!
