Making Soup....QUestion about adding pasta
I am making soup, and my directions say to add ditalini as it simmers.
I am adding pastina instead, but do I boil it first, or will it boil in the soup?
HELP! Its on the stove!

I add pastina all the time. I add it the last 10 minutes of cooking because it will cook in the soup, even if the soup isn't cooking. But adding it raw in the soup is fine.
