I think that we have to eat the exact # of calories = to our BMR
That's what I got from page 10.
Yeah that scares me...I am afraid of gaining. I have been in weight loss mode for so long I don't know what to do with myself
1500 it is...I can't wait to start!!!

Ladies- question about the exercise program. Is it really tough? I want to get back into something that is going to keep me motivated, stay interested, and show results but have not been exercising much lately. Looking really to tone and build some muscle over everything else...

I would say they are pretty tough - BUT - if anything else, if you really commit to it at least it will give you structure and a routine.
Having said that I think it is definitely possible to modify the exercises to your own fitness level. If you are looking to tone and build muscle this is definitely going to give you a great start! I am in week two and can't get over how muscular my quads have gotten!
Also, if you're interested in something similar check out www.jillianmichaels.com You can sign up for a membership there (I think it's like $20 a month but there is a free trial if you want to try it.
ETS: If you don't follow the plan as close as possible you may not see as dramatic results but at least it will give you a great start!
