Managers, and others -Time Management
Anyone know of good websites about time management? DH started a new job in November and has been buried since - he's havign a hard time managing his time and delegating - any helpful websites or tutorials?

I work for Dale Carnegie an dthis is our bag! he should keep a rigoprous schedule for 2 days in 30 minute increments. This is the researcgh part of that. Then analyze that to see where his time is spent then adjust accordingly

Years ago we had a consultant come and talk about the Covey method. Here's a link, but to really understand it get the book (it's probably at the library). According to the chart, most of your time should be spent in quadarants 1 and 2.

our director made us do time blocks- for a week- 15 minutes a block
it was hard- but I great way to see what you are doing all day

My manager had us go to this seminar and the company bought us the materials including the day planner. It really did help me organize my day and saved me some time.
