Manhattan dad's heartbreak after wife dies giving birth to twins
My heart is so breaking for this man and his twins. Life can be so unfair at times....ugh! As someone who gave birth twice via c-section I consider myself very fortunate to be here with my family and to see my two children everyday that goes by. PLEASE let us take a moment and pray for this family...... Gosh, I cannot control my tears this story just rips my heart apart. Life I tell you...

So sad & scary. I had a CS 6 months ago, and will probably choose another vs a vbac if I get pregnant again...my mom had 3 CS. I almost wish I didn't read the article bc the thought if something happening is so horrific. I wish we could know what went wrong...it did sat she was 44 years old, and I guess twins complicated it too. So incredibly sad for the family. For all affected.

I know. Seems like they don't know or they won't say.
Sounds like she was hemmoraging after the C-section though.
It's very scary to think that even in this day and age, having a baby is such a dicey, dangerous thing.
It seems like something that happened 100 years ago, but not in this day and age, you know? It's so unheard of, but
I actually have a very good friend who's wife died in childbirth.
It's probably one of the worst tragedies to face for everyone involved. Just awful!
