marinades...

im looking for some new chicken and steak marinades...i feel like im doing the same ones over and over...any suggestions?

For steak and chicken I love ginger, soy, garlic and scallions with olive oil.

I also like worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, pepper, garlic, oil and a dash of gravy master for steak.

For Chicken I like lemon, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper.

when we grill chicken we will marinate chicken breasts, thighs, and legs, in a mixture of white wine, garlic power, lemon juice, evoo, parsley, onion powder, and salt and pepper. We then put it in a covered roasting pan on the grill for about 20 min then put each piece on the grill till crispy. it's sooo good!
