I never said that about Britney, I don't know why you quote me when you say that? Or were you quoting PattyCake?
The last thing I saw about Britney was her wearing a see-through shirt with no bra.
Obviously, this picture of Marisa Tomei can't be compared with that - she's just sitting on a stoop in a skirt. I could be wrong, but it doesn't look like she even knew the picture was being taken.

I think that there's big a difference when it happens once by accident and when it happens multiple times - when you know fully well that your bits are being posted on blogs every other day.
I for one wouldn't call someone a whore for the vag flash, but to do it on purpose - repeatedly - is pretty trashy.
Clearly, in this picture in the first post, she is not doing it on purpose.
