martha's vineyard detox diet
i was just reading a magazine where it said robin from the howard stern show is on the 21 pounds, 21 days diet. she has lost 16 lbs in 21 days. has anyone done this? it seems to good to be true!

Along with eating only shakes, she did multiple colonics, and coffee enemas during the 21 days.
Everyone has their limit, and my limit is colonics and coffee enemas.
And oh yeah, the inventors of the diet lived with her, came to work with her, followed her around for the 21 days to make sure she did not 'stray'...

I don't see how that can be healthy.
How is she expecting to keep it off? She has to go back to eating real food eventually?
