massapequa bike/running trails??
where does this start exactly? I need to do a 7 mile run and want a good route. Someone told me it's at the train station, but where exactly? is it a good path for running??

Are they talking about the trail that runs along the Bethpage Parkway? I'm pretty sure it starts by one of the train statiosn by Sunrise and it goes to Bethpage State Park. I think the total is 7 miles and then back, but just keep an eye out for the mile markers on the ground and you can keep track of your milage that way.

You are right Erica it starts at the Massapequa train station and is about 7 1/2 miles.
