Recommend Your Favorite Bike Trails
DH and I are taking up bike riding. We live on the south shore and are looking for some nice paths. So far we know about the one in Massapequa Park and the path to Jones Beach along the Wantagh Parkway. Any other suggestions?

there is also the trail that goes from sunrise to bethpage st park
in Syosset (jericho and woodbury roads) there are great wooded paths.

This should help...Bike Rides
A lot of these rides are on roads...it's difficult to find exclusive bike trails on LI...but some of the North Shore Rides in this list are beautiful.
