max and ruby issue # 1 Million..hahha
I am watching it now with cadi... they are at the beach. WHERE ARE THE PARENTS.. REALLY like you would let your baby and little girl at the beach by themselves...I HATE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A: Ruby is seven and Max is three. Their relationship is based on my two kids when they were seven and three. Even though they love each other, Max and Ruby have very different ideas about everything. Max is mischievous and disorganized. Ruby is bossy, determined, and very organized. In each story Max wants one thing and Ruby wants something entirely different.
As in most other classic stories, we don't see Max and Ruby's parents, because I believe that kids resolve their issues and conflicts differently when they are on their own. The television series gives kids a sense about how these two siblings resolve their conflicts in a humorous and entertaining way.

HAHAH This makes me laugh I am glad they can resolved issues and conflicts but no parents on a beach... STILL STRANGE!!!! I am still convinced those parents left a long time ago cause Ruby is sooo annoying

OMG -- I feel so mean saying this, but if Max is supposed to be 3 then he needs some major EI. He only speaks one word at a time! Maybe it's the special ed teacher coming out in me!!!!

The episode with the egg and Max was hysterical.
Ruby- "max you need to eat the egg".
max-"Candy"
Ruby- "No Max, you have to eat the egg"....

Ruby- "Max, you need to be quiet Max. You don't want to wake Baby Huffington".
max- "cuckoo".
Ruby- "No cuckoo Max". Quiet!!".

I guess it's the same philosophy as the Charlie Brown and the Peanuts...parents were never around and when any adults were "present" their voices went "wah wah wah wah wah wah"... sometimes I feel that's how my daughter hears me!!

Every time that show is on DH says "oh, look, the rats" and I tell him they are rabbits, and he  and says they look like rats.

Also, if you come to to the UK, the voices aren't nearly as annoying as the US ones are.
