Mini update on our food issue - Mini success too!
I know he eats bananas. That's the only solid food he will eat voluntary. So we ate some the banana. Some apple. Then I opened a can of mandarin oranges. He actually liked it. Ate 2 wedges. I had to hand feed him but it worked. Then I gave him more apple. Seems like eating chunks out of a quarter is better than the pieces.
So after "forcing" him, we got some success as in he voluntary ate what I gave him. By the time we were done, he ate 1/3 banana (almost half), 1/2 a quarter of an apple and 2 mandarin wedge.
He did not like the chicken. I boiled it. I will try to make a meatball out of it.

That is great! It will take some time - but little by little he will start to get used to the different textures.
Jack also loved canned peaches in the beginning (still does but he ate them before he ate regular peaches)

DD despises chicken...if you could only see the faces she makes. Interesting because I couldn't go near chicken while pregnant.
Care to share that meatball recipe?
