May 24th GTG
I would love to meet all of you and I will be in NY in May. I will be in NY from May 17-26th. we plan to have a GTG on MAy 24th (saturday before memorial day)

Well, we wanted to do the bday party May 24 - I reserved the Scudder Park pavilion in Northport for that date - which would be free - Crissy and I were going to ask you guys if you wnated to do that and just chip in money for food/decorations, or have it at a "place"
Its up to you guys!

I am going to have Cailen's bday party at the same place - its free for Northport residents (thanks Barbara for letting me know about this!!! )
It has a playground - the one thing we have to  for is good weather, because its outside - not sure what we will do if itr rains - so hopefullly it won't!!!
Crissy and I were discussing an amount for everyone to send that can then go right to food, cake, decorations, and maybe even a favor or somehting for all the kids - so lets talk and see what we can do!!!

I am willing to contribute whatever you need....how much total $$ do you think we need, we should maybe see how many people are planning to go....maybe we can also do a secret santa type thing so all the kids can get a small gift (like $15-20 max)...if everyone is okay with that
I get my bonus on the 29th so I may be feeling generous then
