and yeah, I think this name is for mom's to oohh and ahhh over (I also happen to think it's such a sweet sentiment...but I am a girl )
but most kids on the playground will probably come up with 1001 ways to make fun of it...it's the nature of the best.
Max Liron with a 5-iron is a way better knickname than Max Liron goes home cryin"

Kids make fun of everything. The name isnt going to be a real issue when he is more than likely going to be in a private school. He will be with the children of other famous people who named their children names that many people here have already scoffed at worse than "Max Liron". The kid will be fine. His mother is a star.
Personally, I am glad the parents chose a name with meaning. It is no different for this family to choose a Hebrew name than it would be for a family of another culture to choose names based in theirs.

I *think* this would be pronounced Lear like the jet. Not like iron. Thats just a guess but I bleieve song is pronounced that way and isn't that what it means?
