Measuring Body Fat
Has anyone had this professionally done? If so, where?
If not done professionally, how do you check your body fat?

Do you belong to a gym? They can test your bodyfat with the calipers. It's not the most accurate way to measure bodyfat, but it's the best you'll get for free.
There's really no way to do it yourself either.

They pinch the back of your arm (with the caliper), your stomach and your thigh and calculate all the measurements. The most accurate measurement is the electrodes that they attach to your feet but only certain gyms have that.

You can get one of those body fat scales. I have one, but I question its accuracy sometimes

I had my body fat tested when I belonged to a gym...you could buy a machine that tests body fat online.
