My Mom made as well as I do The bag and season meatloaf mix, you add eggs, milk or tomato sauce, and bread crumbs to the spices and they give you a oven bag, cut slits on bag and bake. DELICIOUS! HTH

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
I used this recipe and posted it on LIW and boosh/Don and Palebride used it and LOVED it. You could also put cheese in the middle.
Prep Time: approx. 15 Minutes. Cook Time: approx. 1 Hour . Ready in: approx. 1 Hour 15 Minutes. Makes 6 servings.
1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 1 egg 1 dash ground black pepper (I used more than a dash...DH likes "kick") 1 cup bread crumbs 1/2 cup milk 1/3 cup steak sauce, (e.g. Heinz 57)...I used A1 Steak Sauce 1 onion, chopped 1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
Directions 1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightlygrease (or use a non-stick) loaf pan. 2 In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, egg, black pepper and bread crumbs. Pour in the milk, 3 tablespoons of the steak sauce, onion and green bell pepper. 3 Place the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and shape into a loaf. Brush the top with the remaining steak sauce. 4 Bake in the preheated oven for 1 hour or until done. Allow to stand 5 minutes before slicing

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
my aunt gave me a super easy one... take one pound of ground beef, and a packet of Lipton "Garlic and Herb" soup mix.... add an egg, shape it all into a loaf and bake it for about an hour at 375

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
I use the recipe on the back of Lipton Onion soup mix. DELICIOUS!!!!!
here's the recipe:
1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix 2 lbs. ground beef 3/4 cup plain dry bread crumbs* 2 eggs 3/4 cup water 1/3 cup ketchup
1. Preheat oven to 350°. In large bowl, combine all ingredients.
2. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, shape into loaf.
3. Bake uncovered 1 hour or until done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
I cut everything in 1/2 because I use 1 lb of ground beef and I bake it for 40 minutes instead of an hour. it comes out perfect!!

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
I buy the meatloaf mix (but have done it with ground turkey as well as ground beef, but it tastes best with the meatloaf mix)
add 2 eggs two handfuls of breadcrumbs- although you may need to add more after 2 tblsp of ketchup 2 tblsp of Westishire or A1 Sauce 1 packet of onion soup mix
chop carrots into small peices and add-to your liking
sometimes I will add a little Adobo too... not too much cause it will be too salty
mix it up... if it is too wet, you may need to add more breadcrumbs
make into a loaf oven on 350-I will raise it at about 15 minutes... to 400-this makes the outside crispier ...for another 10-15 minutes... check it

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
This is the best meatloaf....
1 pound ground sirloin mixed with gound beef(ground round) 1 pound total.
Or I buy meatloaf mixture at the meat market....this is better.
1 packet lipton onion soup mix 1 egg a little salt pepper, also a dash cayenne garlic powder 1 handful oats and some ketchup mix and put in a loaf pan and bake at 350 for about an hour. About 40 minutes into baking squirt some ketchup on the top and finish baking until done.

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
I used the meatloaf recipe from the Kraft family and friends magazine. It calls for stuffing mix instead instead of bread crumbs, I loved it!!!!

I use milk sometimes instead of tomato sauce and after I add the meat to bag, I cut the slits in bag like it said, and then put some water in bottom of pan, and make sure there is some throughout the cooking process. I also use ground chuck. HTH

Re: Meatloaf-does anyone have a good recipe?
you can also use a cream csoup for moisture. I use healthy request cream of mushroom, add onion soup mix and some cracker crumbs. Salt pepper whatever I feel like adding. I make it with turkey
